Modifying split/skill string values in the Web Client

About this task

Default string values are predefined in CMS. You can change the default string values in the Dictionary.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Dictionary > Split/Skill String Values.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to modify the default string values.
  3. Enter a new string value in each field that you want to modify.

  4. Click Apply to save your changes.
