Access administration for trunk group data

Users do not have access to all trunk groups by default. When adding access on the Trunk Group Access page, you must specify which trunk groups the user will have access to and then assign permissions. With the Read permission, the user can view data for trunk group reports and view trunk group configuration information. The Write permission is required to change trunk group configurations. You can also assign the Exception permission so the user is notified of trunk group exceptions when they occur. Exceptions can help to identify call center performance issues.
