Administering trunk string values in the Web Client

About this task

You can modify the default values for trunk strings.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Dictionary > Trunk String Values.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to modify trunk string values.
  3. Enter a new string value in each field that you want to modify.

  4. Click Apply to save your changes.
