Scheduling for administration jobs

Scheduling is available in the Web Client. Use this chapter to set up an administration scheduling job. For information about setting up scheduling for reports, see Avaya CMS Supervisor Reports.

You can schedule an administration job from the Change Agent Skills and Multi-Agent Skill Change pages under the Agent Administration subsystem and the Back Up Data page under the Maintenance subsystem. Set up scheduling if an agent needs to handle different types of calls at different times. Scheduling is not currently available for other administration menus.

After setting up scheduling, you can view and manage all your scheduling jobs from the Scheduler page. For example, you can modify a scheduling job, pause it, or cancel it. You can also view the status of each job to see if it succeeded or failed.
