Use this procedure to create a name for an ACD. You must specify an existing ACD. An error is displayed if you enter an invalid ACD number.
Procedure
Navigate to Administration > Dictionary > ACDs.
CMS Supervisor displays the list of administered ACD names.
Click Add ACD.
In the ACD Number field, enter the number corresponding to the ACD for which you want to define a name.
You can enter a number from 1 to 26. You must enter the number of an existing ACD. If you enter a number that does not correspond to an ACD, an error message is displayed.
In the ACD Name field, enter the name of the ACD or ACD group.
In the Description field, add additional information about the ACD.
You can enter up to 50 characters. This field cannot contain the pipe (|) symbol, a semicolon, or double quotes.
