Use the Dictionary subsystem to assign names to ACDs. ACD names are displayed in reports. You can add, delete, or change an ACD name regardless of which ACD you are logged in to.

For example, you can be logged in to ACD 1 and change the name for ACD 3.

For tenant users, the Dictionary menu options are read only. A tenant user can search the database for matching ACD numbers and ACD names.
