The following reports track call activity in the Experience Portal system:
Contact Summary reportSummary of all the calls handled by the specified MPPs and applications for the specified period.
Contact Detail reportDetailed information on all the calls handled by the specified MPPs and applications for the specified period.
Session Summary reportSummary of the call-handling sessions for the specified MPPs and applications for the specified period.
Session Detail reportDetailed information on all the call-handling sessions for the specified MPPs and applications for the specified period. The Session Detail report also provides access to any transcription information saved for the applications.
The data available for the reports depends on the value in the Retention Period field for the Contact Data Record and Session Data fields on the MPP Settings page.
For example, if the value is set to 14, you can enter a start date that is two weeks before the current date. If the value is set to 7, you can only check for the previous week.
