Log on to the EPM web interface by using an account with the User Manager role.
On the EPM main menu, click User Management > Roles.
On the Roles page, in the Name column, click the name of the role that you want to change.
Note:
You cannot change any of the System roles.
The web interface displays the Edit Role page with a hierarchical list of features that are available in the Experience Portal system.
On the Edit Role page, select or clear the check boxes associated with the required feature node to assign privileges to access the various pages and functions of each feature.
Note:
Nodes that are children of a particular feature are considered its dependents. Granting access to a child node automatically grants access to the parent features.
