To assign a reason code for reporting purpose when Communication Manager changes the agent work mode to AUX work due to Redirection on IP Failure (ROIF).
Valid entries are:
0–99: If you administer the Two-Digit Aux Work Reason Code field as y.
0–9: If you administer the Two-Digit Aux Work Reason Code field as n.
Switch Hook Query Response Timeout
To determine the duration that call processing waits for a response from the switch hook query before Communication Manager triggers ROIF.
Valid entries are from 500 to 5000 milliseconds (msec). You can leave the field blank to indicate that ROIF is inactive for the system.
