auto indicates automatic logout and login of logged-in agents after you change agent skills.
If you use auto, you will see the following warning message: Agents must log in again before non-skill changes take effect. If you do not use auto, you will see the following warning message: Agents must log in again for the changes to take effect. |
xxxx is the extension. |
nnn is the extension number of the first duplicate agent login ID in the number sequence. |
[ ] indicates that the qualifier is optional. |
