Adding reporting adjunct nodes

Procedure

  1. At the command prompt, type change node-names ip. Press Enter.
  2. In the Name field on the IP Node Names screen, do one of the following:

    • For a standalone configuration, type node names.

    • For Avaya Aura® Distributed Architecture (AADA), type the CMS server hostname. For example, if the CMS server hostname is cms10, type cms10.

  3. In the IP Address field, type the IP address of each reporting adjunct.

    For Avaya IQ, type the host name and IP address for the Data Collection Host that monitors the communication server as a ccr adjunct.

    For Avaya Aura® Distributed Architecture (AADA), the field name for the CMS should be a dummy IP address. For example, 127.0.0.X. AADA uses Kafka.
    Note:

    The Kafka integration feature is reserved for future use.

  4. Press Enter to save the changes.
