Editing a template

You can edit an existing template. Note that editing a template does not affect any entries that were previously created using that template.

Display the list of existing users or extensions.
Click Actions and then Template Management.
Click the icon to the right of the template.
Change the template settings as required. The categories shown on the left access different sets of settings.
When completed, click Update.
