Through web manager you can access and manage all recordings in the recordings library.
Access is controlled by the user rights of the service user account used to log in to web manager. The account must be a member of a rights group that includes ExternalMedia Manager Standard or ExternalMedia Manager Administrator permission.

Click Applications.
Click Voice Recordings Library.
By default all recordings are listed. Use the filter settings to change the recordings listed. See Applying a Recording Filter.
