The Avaya Experience Portal system encountered problems while downloading stations to the Media Server.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Restart the Media Server from the EPM.
  2. If the problem persists, reboot the Media Server from the EPM.
  3. If you cannot reboot the Media Server from the EPM, manually reboot the Media Server.
  4. If the problem persists, reinstall the Media Server.
