Description
Media Server
Displays the media servers specified for the report.
Avaya Experience Portal
Displays the selected system if your installation has multiple Avaya Experience Portal systems that use a shared database and you selected anything other than All systems in the Voice Portal field on the Performance page.
Time Period
Displays the time period covered by the report if you selected anything other than All Dates and Times in the Date and Time group on the Performance page.

Description
View Summary Graph
Displays the following graphs in the Performance Graphs window:
  • CPU Usage by media server
  • Memory Usage by media server
  • Disk Usage by media server
  • % Port Utilization by media server
All graphs show one bar for each media server. The bars are color-coded to show average and peak usage for each category.
Avaya Experience Portal
If your installation has multiple Avaya Experience Portal systems that use a shared database, this column shows the name of the Avaya Experience Portal system to which the media server is assigned.
Media Server
The options are:
  • The name of the media server to which the performance data applies.
  • All servers. This summary line lets you see the port utilization aggregated across all media servers in the Avaya Experience Portal system.
Note:
If this report includes multiple Avaya Experience Portal systems, there is one server summary line for each system in the shared external database.
CPU %
This field displays:
  • Peak: The peak percentage of CPU utilization for the media server
  • Average: The average percentage of CPU utilization for the media server
Memory Usage %
This field displays:
  • Peak: The peak percentage of memory usage for the media server
  • Average: The average percentage of memory usage for the media server
Disk Usage %
This field displays:
  • Peak: The peak percentage of disk usage for the media server
  • Average: The average percentage of disk usage for the media server
Port Utilization %
This field displays:
  • Peak: Avaya Experience Portal samples port utilization every 20 seconds. This number shows the highest value from all samples taken during the time period covered by this report.
  • Average: The average of all port utilization samples taken over the time period covered by this report.
  • Details: Click the magnifying glass icon to view the Port Utilization Details page.
Timeline Graph
This graph displays a separate timeline for each of the following:
  • % CPU Utilization
  • % Memory Usage
  • % Disk Usage
  • % Total Port Utilization
These timelines show the percentage of resource usage over the total period of time specified for the report.
The graph also contains two additional lines representing the number of inbound and outbound calls the system was handling when the resources were at the percentage shown. The key to the right of the graph shows the call volume so that you can easily map resource usage to the number of calls.
