Displays the following graphs in the Performance Graphs window:

All graphs show one bar for each media server. The bars are color-coded to show average and peak usage for each category.

Avaya Experience Portal
|
If your installation has multiple Avaya Experience Portal systems that use a shared database, this column shows the name of the Avaya Experience Portal system to which the media server is assigned.

Media Server
|
The options are:

The name of the media server to which the performance data applies.
-
All servers. This summary line lets you see the port utilization aggregated across all media servers in the Avaya Experience Portal system.
Note:
If this report includes multiple Avaya Experience Portal systems, there is one server summary line for each system in the shared external database.

|
This field displays:

Peak: Avaya Experience Portal samples port utilization every 20 seconds. This number shows the highest value from all samples taken during the time period covered by this report.

Average: The average of all port utilization samples taken over the time period covered by this report.

This graph displays a separate timeline for each of the following:

% CPU Utilization

% Memory Usage

% Disk Usage
-
% Total Port Utilization
These timelines show the percentage of resource usage over the total period of time specified for the report.
The graph also contains two additional lines representing the number of inbound and outbound calls the system was handling when the resources were at the percentage shown. The key to the right of the graph shows the call volume so that you can easily map resource usage to the number of calls.
