Adding an SMS processor

  1. Log on to the EPM web interface.
  2. From the EPM menu, click Multi-Media Configuration SMS.
  3. On the SMS Processors tab, click Add.
  4. In the Name field, click the name of the server.
  5. In the Enable field, click one of the following:
    • Yes
    • No
  6. In the Categories and Trace Levels field, click Custom.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    If you select Use SMS Settings, EPM disables the trace level buttons.
  7. In the SMS Processor field, click one of the following to set the trace level of SMS processors:
    • Off
    • Fine
    • Finer
    • Finest
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The default trace level is Off.
  8. In the SMS Browser field, click one of the following to set the trace level of the SMS browsers:
    • Off
    • Fine
    • Finer
    • Finest
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The default trace level is Off.
  9. Click Save.
