Creating an alarm report

The amount of data available for this report depends on the Retention Period setting in the Alarms group on the Alarm/Log Options page.
For example, if the value is set to 14, you can enter a start date that is two weeks before the current date. If the value is set to 7, you can only check for the previous week.
  1. Log on to the EPM web interface by using an account with the Administration, Operations, or Maintenance user role.
  2. On the EPM navigation pane, click System MaintenanceAlarm Manager.
  3. On the Alarm Manager page, enter the filter criteria that you want to use, and click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    The EPM displays the Alarm Report page.
  4. In the Event Code column, click the link to view the associated event details for an alarm.

    The EPM displays the Log Report for Event page.
