The Avaya Experience Portal system automatically deletes expired EASG site certificates. Use this procedure to manually delete the installed EASG site certificate.
The Linux system log /var/log/messages records a site certificate deletion message.
Log on to the Avaya Experience Portal Linux server in one of the following ways:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Log in locally as a user with root privilege or as a user who belongs to the susers group.
Log in remotely as a non-root user, and enter the su - command to change the user to a user with root privileges or a user who belongs to the susers group.
Run the following command:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
(sudo) EASGSiteCertManage --delete <SiteCertName>
Where,
sudo: If the user who runs this command belongs to the susers group, the user must add sudo in front of EASGSiteCertManage. If the user is a root privilege user, there is no need to add sudo.
SiteCertName: The name of the site certificate.
For example:
[root@EASG voiceportal]# EASGSiteCertManage --delete test.p7b
Successfully removed Site Cert: test.p7b
