Keywords:
Use this page to view the amount of time the ports in the system were at a given percentage of their total capacity. This summary shows both the total time spent at a given percentage and the percentage that time represents of the total time covered by the associate Performance report.
Note:
Avaya Experience Portal samples port utilization every 20 seconds. Because sampling is not continuous, calls lasting less than 20 seconds may not be represented in this summary.

Description
Media Server
Displays the media servers specified for the associated Performance report.
Avaya Experience Portal
Displays the selected system if your installation has multiple Avaya Experience Portal systems that use a shared database and you selected anything other than All systems in the Avaya Experience Portal field on the Performance page when you generated the associated Performance report.
Time Period
Displays the time period covered by the report if you selected anything other than All Dates and Times in the Date and Time group on the Performance page when you generated the associated Performance report.

Displays the results in graphical format.
Port Utilization %
Displays the ranges into which port utilization is divided.
Duration
The total length of time during which port utilization fell into the associated range and what percentage that time period represents compared the entire period covered by the report.
