Custom Reports page field descriptions

Use this page to create and manage custom reports for your specific requirements. You can also open the available custom reports to edit the saved filter values and column selections before generating the report.
Field
Description
Selection check box
Use this selection check box to select the report you want to delete.
Report Name
The list of pre-existing custom reports .
You can also click the link on the required report name under the Report Name column to view and edit the saved filter and column values for that report.
View Report
Button to generate the selected custom report on-demand with the default selections of filters.
The report is generated for the custom report associated with the button.
Add
Opens the Add Custom Report (Filters) page to add a new custom report based on standard or existing custom report.
Delete
Deletes the custom report whose selection check box has been checked.
Import
Opens the Import Custom Report page to import a custom report and view the report filters.
Export
Exports the data from the custom report whose selection check box has been checked.
Avaya Experience Portal creates an XML file containing the details of the selected report.
