Description
Selection check box
Select this box to delete Email processors.
Zone
The name of the zone where the Email processor is configured. On the Add page, select the name of the zone from the drop-down box.
Note:
The Zone drop-down box appears only when you create new zones. If you do not create any new zones, you do not see the drop-down box.

To filter zones, click this icon located at the right side of the page. The system opens the Zone filter window for selecting one or more zones.
Note:

Name
The options are:
  • The primary EPM
  • The auxiliary EPM
Note:
If you upgrade your VP 5.1.x or EP 6.x system with email enabled for reports or alarms, the functionality continues to work in EP 7.0 without an email license. However, the email page warns that the license does not exist. The email functionality for reports and alarms operates without an email license.
Enable
Whether the email processor is enabled or not.
Host Address
The host address of the EPM.
Trace Option
The options are:
  • Use Email Settings
  • Custom
Add
Opens the Add Email Processor page.
Delete
Deletes the selected EPM processor.
Email Settings
Opens the Email Settings page.
Browser Settings
Opens the Browser Settings page.
Note:
If you have upgraded your system from a previous release of Voice Portal or Experience Portal, or if you are using only the email reports or alarms features in Experience Portal 7.0, you do not require a license for the email feature.
