Field
Description
Alarm Code
The unique identification code associated with the alarm.
Associated Event Code
The unique identification code of the event associated with the alarm.
Event Count
The number of times this event has occurred. This number can be greater than 1 if an event must occur multiple times before an alarm is generated.
Event Time
The date and time that this event occurred.

Column
Description
Timestamp
The date and time that the event message was generated.
Server Name
The options are:
  • The name of the primary or auxiliary EPM server
  • The name of the Media Server that generated the event
Category
Indicates which Avaya Experience Portal component generated the event.
Event Severity
Indicates how severe the problems surrounding the event were.
Event Code
The unique identification code associated with the event.
Event Message
A description of the event.
