Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity supports Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) and Real-time Transport Control Protocol (RTCP) for transmitting media. With RTP and RTCP, the contact center can monitor transmission statistics and quality of service between enterprise SIP servers, endpoints, and external phones on PSTN. On the Network Locations page of Configuration Server, you can configure RTCP messaging parameters and quality monitoring server IP address and port number.
