Ensure that you have not selected the Delete Endpoint on Unassign of Endpoint from User or Delete User check box while associating a station with a user.
Procedure
On the System Manager web console, click Users > User Management > Manage Users.
On the Manage Users page, select a user and perform one of the following steps:
Click Edit.
Click View > Edit.
On the User Profile | Edit | <User Name> page, click the Communication Profile tab.
In the CM Endpoint Profile section, clear the check box next to the CM Endpoint Profile label.
Click Commit.
Result
The system removes the association between the endpoint and the user. The endpoint is still provisioned on the communication management device.
