To activate the push notification service for Avaya Aura® Session Manager, you must add the Avaya Mobile Push Notification Service application to your company profile on the Avaya Cloud account.
From the dashboard, on the left area, click Manage Companies.
Select the required company and then click the Apps tab.
Click Configure New App.
From the Product drop-down list, select Avaya Mobile Push Notification Service.
Click Save.
Avaya Cloud creates a new Avaya Mobile Push Notification Service application.
