Reboot

Reboot the selected Avaya SIP Telephony (AST) devices.

Reload Complete

Force complete reload of the selected AST devices.

Reload Config

Reload only the configurations of the selected AST devices.

Reload Contacts

Reload only the contacts of the selected AST devices.

Failback

Ensure that the devices failback to primary Session Manager.

Name

Description

Session Manager

Name of the Session Manager instance. A warning symbol indicates the instance is in the Maintenance Mode service state.

Type

Type of Session Manager instance (SM or BSM).

Primary

Registered

Number of users registered to this Session Manager as the primary Session Manager.

AST

Number of PPM subscriptions to this Session Manager for users as the primary Session Manager.

Secondary or Survivable

Registered

Number of users registered to this Session Manager as the secondary Session Manager.

AST Failover

Number of PPM subscriptions to this Session Manager for users as the secondary Session Manager.

This also indicates the failover users since failover users subscribe to the secondary Session Manager.

Visiting

The number of visiting users registered to this Branch Session Manager.

Note:

  • Visiting user registration is shown against a Session Manager instance of type BSM. When the Branch Visiting User feature does not register a visiting user, the Session Manager displays the status as ---.

  • A Session Manager instance of type SM does not have any registration status entries in the Visiting column. The Session Manager displays the status as ---.

  • If the Branch Session Manager fails to update the visiting users' registration status, the Session Manager displays the status as ---.

Third

Registered

Number of users registered to this Session Manager as the third Session Manager.

AST

Number of PPM subscriptions to this Session Manager for users as the third Session Manager.

Fourth

Registered

Number of users registered to this Session Manager as the fourth Session Manager.

AST

Number of PPM subscriptions to this Session Manager for users as the fourth Session Manager.

Total

Registered

Total number of the primary, secondary or survivable, third, and fourth registered users.

AST

Total number of Primary AST, Secondary or Survivable AST Failover, Third AST, and Fourth AST users.
