Displays the list of available columns.

Move

Moves selected items from the Available Columns list to the Display Columns list.

Move All

Moves all items from the Available Columns list to the Display Columns list.

Remove

Removes selected items from the Display Columns list.

Remove All

Removes all items from the Display Columns list.

Top

Moves the selected item in the Display Columns list to the top of the list.

Up

Moves the selected item in the Display Columns list to one position up in the list.

Down

Moves the selected item in the Display Columns list to one position down in the list.

Bottom

Moves the selected item in the Display Columns list to the bottom of the list.

Button

Description

Default

Restores the default column settings in the Available Columns and Display Columns lists.

Export

Exports the SIP registration data to the CSV or XML file.

Apply

Saves the changes made in the Customize Column Display section to the User Registrations page.

Close

Collapses the Customize Column Display section.

AST Device Notifications: section

The As of (time) label displays the time of the last update for the AST Device Notifications section.

Displays the current default view.

Displays the specific information of the user.

View > Time Detail

Displays the diagnosis of endpoint registration problems.

View > Device

Displays all available device information.

View > Active Controller

Displays registration information of the active controller Session Manager for AST devices.

Session Manager displays AC under the Registered column for Avaya SIP devices that support PPM through the avaya-css-profile event subscription. Third-party devices do not show an Active Controller indication.

View > SM

Displays the Session Manager instances that are associated with the user registration.

View > Customized

Displays custom views.

View > Create Customized

Customizes the columns that display the user registration details.

Force Unregister

Forces the termination of registrations for selected devices.

Reboot

Reboots the selected AST devices.

Reload Complete

Forces a complete reload of the selected AST devices.

Reload Config

Reloads configurations of the selected AST devices.

Reload Contacts

Reloads contacts of the selected AST devices.

Failback

Enables devices to fail back to primary Session Manager.

Indicates this registration, such as Avaya OneX Communicator, controls another endpoint.

Simultaneous Devices

The number of devices currently registered out of the maximum simultaneous device registration permitted for this user profile.

AST Device

Indicates that the device is an AST device.

Registered Prim

Indicates that the device is registered as primary registration.

Registered Sec

Indicates that the device is registered as secondary registration.

Registered 3rd

Indicates that the device is registered as third registration.

Registered 4th

Indicates that the device is registered as fourth registration.

Indicates that the device is registered as survivable registration.

First Name

Administered first login name.

Last Name

Administered last login name.

Administered user login name.

Registration Address

The communication address or handle that the user logged in with.

All Addresses

All of the SIP Communication Addresses the user has administered.

Home Location

Name of the home location assigned to the user in Session Manager Communication Profile.

Actual Location

Name of the registration location.

Policy

Displays the communication policy administered to the user. The options are:

  • Fixed

  • Fixed-region

  • Location-region

Primary SM

Primary Session Manager of the user profile.

Secondary SM

Secondary Session Manager of the user profile.

Third SM

Third Session Manager of the user profile. This field is populated when the user communication policy is of a Fixed type.

Fourth SM

Fourth Session Manager of the user profile. This field is populated when the user communication policy is of a Fixed type.

Survivable SM

Survivable Session Manager of the user profile.

Visiting Survivable SM

Branch Session Manager the user profile is visiting.

Initial Primary SM

The initial primary Session Manager of the user with Fixed-region or Location-region communication profile. The initial primary Session Manager is used during the initial run. The user is then assigned Session Manager based on the load factor or region assignments. The initial primary Session Manager may not match the primary registered Session Manager.

Initial Secondary SM

The initial secondary Session Manager of the user with Fixed-region or Location-region communication profile. The initial secondary Session Manager is used during the initial run. The user is then assigned Session Manager based on the load factor or region assignments. The initial secondary Session Manager may not match the secondary registered Session Manager.

Simultaneous Devices

The number of devices currently registered out of the maximum simultaneous device registration permitted for this user profile.

ELIN Number

The ELIN sent from the ELIN server associated with the primary controller for a user.

ELIN Last Updated

The date and time that the ELIN was last updated based on the location of Session Manager.

The format is: www mmm dd hh:mm:ss TMZ yyyy, where:

  • www implies the day of the week

  • mmm implies month

  • dd implies date

  • hh:mm:ss implies hour (24 hour format):minutes:seconds

  • TMZ implies time zone

  • yyyy implies year

For example, Fri Feb 11 15:56:36 MST 2011.

Registration Address

The communication address or handle that the user logged in with.

IP Address

Indicates the numeric IP address of the endpoint.

Active Controller

Session Manager currently serving the endpoint SIP signaling and event subscriptions.

PPM Subscription Time (AC)

Indicates the subscription time for PPM services of AST endpoint.

Event Subscriptions

Shows the event subscription details.

Instance Id

Shows the SIP User Agent Instance Id as Uniform Resource Name (URN):UUID (Universally Unique Identifier).

Primary Registration Time

Indicates the registration time for the primary Session Manager.

Primary Registration Interrupted Time

Indicates the duration since the last interruption occurred for the primary Session Manager.

Primary Registration Interrupted

Indicates the last time the registration was interrupted for the primary Session Manager.

Secondary Registration Time

Indicates the registration time for the secondary Session Manager.

Secondary Registration Interrupted Time

Indicates the duration since the last interruption occurred for the secondary Session Manager.

Secondary Registration Interrupted

Indicates the last time when the registration was interrupted for the secondary Session Manager.

Third Registration Time

Indicates the registration time for the third Session Manager.

Third Registration Interrupted Time

Indicates the duration since the last interruption occurred for the third Session Manager.

Third Registration Interrupted

Indicates the last time the registration was interrupted for the third Session Manager.
