SIP Entity

The SIP Entity for which call counts data is required.

Session Manager is not supported as the SIP entity.

Data Available

The period for which performance data is available.

Date and Time

The period for which call counts data to be retrieved:

  • Predefined Values:

    • all dates and times

    • last month

    • last week

    • today

    • yesterday

  • Last: 1-99 Days or Hours

  • Between: Specified Date Range

Generate Graphs

Generates call counts graphs based on specified parameters.

Export Data Range

The period for which call counts data should be exported. The options are:

  • All

  • Selected Range

Export Data Format

The file type to which you want to export the call counts data. The options are:

  • CSV

  • XML

Download Data

Downloads call counts data based on specified parameters in the specified file format.
