Scheduling a data backup on a local server

Procedure

  1. On the System Manager web console, click Services > Backup and Restore.
  2. On the Backup and Restore page, click Backup.
  3. On the Backup page, click Local.
  4. In the File name field, enter the name of the backup file that you want to create.
  5. Click Schedule.
  6. On the Schedule Backup page, specify the following details in the appropriate fields:

    • Job name

    • Date and time when the system must run the job

    • Frequency at which the system must run the job

    • Range

  7. Click Commit.
