The following fields apply when you click New or Edit on the Notification Provider Settings page:
Name
Description
Provider name
Push notification provider name.
Description
Short description of the notification provider.
Provider Address
Fully Qualified Domain Name of the notification provider.
Provider Port
Port number for the push notification provider. The default port is 443.
Company Domain
The domain where Session Manager is deployed.
Use Forward Proxy
The option to enable forward proxy configuration for push notification. Push notifications use the HTTPS Proxy Host and HTTPS Proxy Port details configured on the Global Settings page.
System ID
Unique identifier for your system. The System ID is generated when you click Generate Keys.
Format is: <UUID>.<Company Domain>
Public Key
Public Key generated when you click Generate Keys.
Note:
The key along with System ID is used by the push notification provider to authenticate your Session Manager for mobile push notification service.
Key to Export
Authorization key generated when you click Generate Keys. Export the authorization key to your push notification provider.
Important:
When you configure an Avaya Push Notification Provider, export the Key to Export content to your Avaya Cloud account.
When you configure a third-party push notification provider, export the Key to Export content to your push notification provider portal.
Session Manager to Verify Settings
Session Manager against which the push notification provider connection is tested.

Description
Generate Keys
Generates a public and private key pair and an identifier. This data is required to authorize Session Manager on the push notification provider.
Session Manager updates the following values:
System ID: A unique identifier for your system.
Public Key: A public key.
Key to Export: Authorization key in JSON format for your Avaya Cloud account.
Verify Settings
Verifies the connection between the selected Session Manager and the push notification provider.
By default, the option is disabled. Clicking Generate Keys enables the Verify Settings option.
Commit
When you click Commit, either of the two events occur:
Saves the configuration changes.
Executes the connectivity test if not performed manually. Even if the test fails, the user can still save the configuration changes.
Cancel
Cancels the configuration and returns the user to the Notification Provider Settings page.
