Only restores the information that exists in the backup file.
Deletes the information that exists only in the database.
Procedure
On the Home page of the System Manager web console, in Elements, click Session Manager > System Status > User Data Storage.
Click Backup and Restore.
Select the Session Manager on which to run the restore operation.
Click Restore.
In the Restore File column, select the appropriate file you want to restore from the drop-down menu.
Do one of the following:
Click Commit to accept the selection.
Click Reset to reload the Restore File selection list.
Click Cancel to cancel the restore request and return to the User Data Storage screen.
Click Confirm to send a request to each Session Manager to begin the restore operation using the selected file, or click Cancel to cancel the restore request.
