Use this checklist to set up the push notification service for your iOS or Android applications.

Depending on whether you are planning to work with the default Avaya Push Notification provider or a third-party push notification provider, the task you perform is slightly different.

If you are using the Avaya Push Notification Provider, upload CA certificates to the truststore.

To enable push notifications in iOS or Android applications, you must configure the required parameters using Avaya Aura® Device Services or a settings file. Avaya Aura® Device Services is the recommended option if it is available in your deployment.
