Edit Appender field descriptions

Use this page to edit the information of an appender.

Name	Description
Logger	The name of the logger. Note: You can view this information.
Appender	The name of the appender. Note: You can view this information.
Threshold Log Level	The threshold log level set for the appender. Appender logs information of log type set in the threshold log level.
Rotate File Size	The file size for rotation of the log file. The file size unit can be in KB or MB. The value for the file size must be from 1 through 100MB.
File Path	The path of the file where the appender logs the information.
Max Retention File Size	The maximum retention file size for the log file. The file size unit can be in KB or MB. The value for the file size must be from 1 through 100MB.
Max Retention Time	The maximum retention time for the log file. The value for the retention time must be from 1 through 180 days.

Button	Description
Commit	Saves the changes to the database.
Cancel	Closes Edit Appender page and returns you to the Edit Logger page.
