Viewing a push notification activation status

About this task

You can use this page to view the activation status of push notifications subscribed by a user. You can view activation status, last notification time, and status information per user or device. Use Filter to view information related to a user or a device.

Before you begin

Enable the Enable Push Notifications global setting.

Procedure

  1. On the System Manager web console, click Elements > Session Manager  > System Status  > Push Notification Status.
  2. In the Details column, click Show.

    The application displays the VOIP and non-VOIP device token(s) and SIP Instance ID associated with push notification activation.

  3. Click Refresh to refresh the data.
