Runs the test on the selected Session Manager.

Clears all the Session Manager selections and the related test statuses. Allows to select and execute the test again.

Test type

Type of the test conducted. The field value Provider is pre-filled and cannot be edited.

Name

Name of the notification provider selected for testing on the Notification Provider Settings page.

Description

Description of the selected notification provider.

Session Manager

The Session Manager against which the notification provider would be tested.

Description

Description of the Session Manager.

Result

The output of the test performed on the selected Session Manager. The test results can be:

  • Success

  • Failure

  • (- - -)

    The field value of (- - -) is shown when the test does not get executed due to internal error.

Cause

Cause of test failure. The causes of failure can be:

  • Cannot run test, SM is in maintenance mode.

  • SM connection or test request error.

  • Problem requesting test execution on SM.

  • Failure connecting.

  • HTTP error response.

  • SSL handshake failure.

  • Application Id unknown.

  • Bad client device token.

  • Unknown failure.

Details

Details of the test result. This field is updated when the test fails or when the test cannot be run.

For a successful test, a field value of (- - -) is shown.
