Use this page to edit logger and appender information. You can also add and remove appenders from the loggers.
Name
Description
Logger
The name of the logger.
Log level
The level for which the logger logs the information.
Appender
The name of the appender.
Threshold Log Level
The threshold log level set for the appender. Appender logs information of log type set in the threshold log level.
File Path
The path of the file where the appender logs the information.
Rotate File Size
The file size for rotation of the log file.
The file size unit can be in KB or MB.
The value for the file size must be from 1 through 100MB.
Max Retention File Size
The maximum retention file size for the log file.
Max Retention Time
The maximum retention time for the log file.
The value for the retention time must be from 1 through 180 days.
Button
Edit
Displays the Edit Appender page. Use this page to modify the appender information.
Attach
Displays the Attach Appender page. Use this page to add an appender to the logger.
Detach
Removes the selected appender from the logger.
Commit
Saves the changes in the logger information to the database.
Cancel
Closes the Edit Logger page and returns you to the Logging Configuration page.
