Configuring ring order for your incoming calls

Configure your ring order to create sequential ringing layouts for incoming calls. You can change the order of devices to ring and specify ring duration for each device. For example, you can set your desktop phone to ring first for 4 rings, followed by your mobile phone for 6 rings.
Note:
The ring duration for the phone numbers you add is set to 4 rings or 20 seconds by default.
  1. Click SettingsPhone.
  2. In the Incoming calls section, click Call rules and voicemail.
  3. In the My work day section, do one of the following:
    • If you have a configured work schedule, click Work hours.
    • If you do not have a configured work schedule, click Incoming calls.
  4. In the Ring settings section, click the Arrow icon.
  5. On the Ring settings window, from the How do you want your devices to ring? list, select Ring in order.
  6. Click Done.
  7. In the Ring settings section, click the Arrow icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays the Ring settings window.
  8. In the Ring order and duration area, drag and drop the items in your ring order.
  9. To change the ring duration, in the Ring duration section, select the number of rings for each device.
  10. Click Done.
  11. On the Work hours page, click Save.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays the Settings saved successfully message.
