Redirecting missed calls

Configure your call handling preferences to redirect your missed calls. By default, Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App sends unanswered calls to your voicemail. You can modify this setting to play an announcement or forward your missed calls to another phone number or extension.
Note:
You can also set the voicemail or announcement message that Avaya Cloud Office™ plays to the callers.
  1. Click SettingsPhone.
  2. In the Incoming calls section, click Call rules and voicemail.
  3. In the My work day section, do one of the following:
    • If you have a configured work schedule, click Work hours.
    • If you do not have a configured work schedule, click Incoming calls.
  4. At the bottom of the page, next to If no one answers, select one of the following options:
    • Send to voicemail
    • Forward the call
    • Play announcement
  5. If you select Forward the call, on the Forward the call window, do the following:
    1. In the search box, type the contact name or the phone number.
      STEP RESULT:
      Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays the list of matching results.
    2. Click any result to add them to your ring order.
    3. Click Done.
  6. Click Save.
Result
Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays the Settings saved successfully message.
