Archiving teams

Archive teams to remove them from your active teams list with the option to restore the team later. When you archive a team, Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App also archives its chat history and attachments. Only team administrators can archive teams.
  1. Click the Message tab.
  2. In the Message side pane, click the Teams subtab to expand the list of teams you joined.
  3. Hover over the team to manage and click the More icon.
  4. From the context menu, click View team profile.
  5. In the team profile window, click the Team admin settings tab.
  6. At the bottom of the window, click Archive team.
  7. In the confirmation window, click Archive.
Result
Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App archives your team and displays the <Your team name> was archived message.
