Creating conference calls

When you have two active calls simultaneously, you can merge these calls to create a conference call.
  1. Navigate to the top header bar and click the Dial pad icon.
  2. On the dial pad, click the Add icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App puts your active call on hold.
  3. In the New call field, type the name or phone number of your contact.
  4. In the corresponding list, click the name of your contact.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App starts a call with the selected participant.
  5. To merge the calls into one conference call, on the dial pad, click the Merge to conference icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays the Calls merged message.
  6. To add more participants, repeat the steps 2 to 4.
