Using Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App
Searching for contacts and conversations
Locate your contacts and conversations without navigating through menus. You can search for:

Company contacts
-
Direct or team conversations
You can search for contacts by their name, email address, phone number, or extension number.
- At the top header bar, click the search field.
- In the search field, type your search query and press Enter.
STEP RESULT:Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays the matching results in their corresponding tabs.
- Hover over a search result and do one of the following:

Click
to message your contact or team.

Click
to start a video call with your contact or team.

Click
to start an audio call with your contact.

Click
to send a fax to your contacts with configured fax addresses.

to view a contact or team profile.
