Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App always displays unread conversations in the Direct messages and Teams sections but only displays a certain number of most recent read conversations in these sections. You can configure the number of most recent read conversations Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays in the Direct messages and Teams sections. The number of displayed conversations can range from 2 to 60.

If Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App does not display a certain conversation on the Message page, you can access it from the Contacts page.

To always see a certain conversation on the Message page, add this conversation to Favorites.
