If Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App is your default phone application, you get notifications when your monitored contacts receive calls. You can disable these notifications.
Click SettingsPhone.
Scroll to the General section.
Next to Heads-up display (HUD), click Manage.
In the Heads-up display window, clear the Ring when extensions I am monitoring receive incoming calls check box.
