Using Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App
Viewing your personal meeting ID
The personal meeting ID (PMI) is a 9-digit code that allows colleagues to join your virtual meeting room anytime without a meeting link.

To view your personal meeting ID, do the following:
- When in a meeting, at the bottom corner of the meeting window, click
.
STEP RESULT:Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays the PMI in the Meeting ID field.You can click
to copy the meeting information, including the PMI, to the clipboard.
- When not in a meeting, navigate to the Video page and click Personal meeting.
STEP RESULT:Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays your PMI in the Personal meeting ID section on the context menu.
