Record incoming and outgoing calls to access them later. When you start recording a call, Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App notifies attendees with an audible announcement.
Note:
Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App saves the call recording file after the call ends.
  1. During an active phone call, on the dial pad, click the Record call icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App audibly announces: This call is being recorded.
  2. To stop recording, click the Stop recording icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App audibly announces: Recording stopped.
  3. To access a call recording, click the Phone tab and then click the Recordings tab on the Phone side pane.
