Managing voicemails

Access your voicemails to listen and manage voicemails from callers. Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays your voicemails with the newest messages on top. The dot next to sender name indicates an unread voicemail. You can search for voicemails or filter the unread voicemails.
  1. On the side menu bar, click the Phone tab.
  2. In the Phone side pane, click the Voicemail tab.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays your voicemails.
  3. To listen to a voicemail, hover over the voicemail and click the Voicemail Play icon.
  4. To find a specific voicemail, in the search box, type the sender name or phone number.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays the matching results.
  5. To filter the unread voicemails, click UNREAD.
  6. To delete a voicemail, do the following:
    1. Hover over the voicemail and click the Delete icon.
    2. In the confirmation window, click Delete.
