Picking up parked calls

Ensure you have the park location for the parked call.
  1. At the top header bar of Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App, click the Dial pad icon.
  2. Type the park location.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    For example, *802.
  3. Click the Start call icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App directs you to the park location.
