Selecting the default application for calls

Select an Avaya Cloud Office™ application to make phone calls. You can set one of the following applications as default:
  • Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App
  • Avaya Cloud Office Phone App
If you select Avaya Cloud Office Phone App as your default phone application, you can still use Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App to make phone calls.
  1. Click SettingsPhone.
  2. In the General section, next to the Default phone app for calling field, select one of the following options:
    • Use Avaya Cloud (this app)
    • Use Avaya Cloud Office Phone
  3. If you select Use Avaya Cloud Office Phone, in the confirmation window, click OK.
