Flipping calls to another device

The Call Flip feature enables you to forward an active call to any device registered under your name. For example, you can send a call from your desktop application to your deskphone.
  1. During an active call, on the dial pad, click the More iconFlip.
  2. From the list, select the device to flip the call.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App puts the call on hold, and the device you select starts ringing.
  3. Click the End call icon, and leave the call on the desktop application.
  4. Pick up the call on the selected device.
  5. To switch your call back to the desktop application, do the following:
    1. At the top of your desktop application, click Switch call to this device.
    2. In the confirmation dialog box, click Switch.
      STEP RESULT:
      Your call continues on the desktop application.
