Starting meetings using your meeting room

Start meetings in your meeting room so that other users can join using your personal meeting ID (PMI) or meeting name.
Before you begin
Share your current PMI or meeting name and, if configured, the meeting password with the participants you want to join your meeting.
  1. On the side menu bar, click the Video tab.
  2. On the Upcoming meetings tab, click Personal meeting.
  3. In the context menu, click Start meeting.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App starts a meeting in your meeting room.
  4. On the Choose how to join audio window, select how you want to join your audio and complete the process.
